At EDGE, we value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Policy:
- Items can be returned only if they are in their original packaging, with tags attached, and include the receiving slip.
- Customers must arrange for the return shipment through their own courier service. Two-way delivery is not covered by EDGE.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
- A 15% deductionwill be applied to all refunds.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment/bank transfer method within 7-10 business days after approval.
